Sattva yoga is based on the holistic principles of Patanjali Yoga. Along with the traditional yoga, it teaches its practitioners balanced and rigorous physical exercise by incorporation of power yoga & surya namaskars.

At Sattva yoga we apply principles of ancient science & various natural therapies to bring balance in life.

Along with the physical and mental aspect of health we also focus on the emotional, psychological and most importantly ‘spiritual’ aspect of health. In modern times, most diseases are stress related and psychosomatic in nature. Sattva yoga focuses on body, mind and soul.

Commercialization of yoga as a form of exercise, modification like hot yoga, aqua yoga, dance yoga etc. have diluted the ancient principles of yoga. Sattva yoga aims to bring the “sattva”(i.e. balance) of yoga back to life and help its clients with comprehensive healing.

At Sattva yoga, we teach the concept of yoga from a spiritual point of view, not just the physical/asana routine, that is popular amongst exercise enthusiasts.
