POWER YOGA

Power Yoga is an intense workout that will make you sweat. It not just helps reducing weight, building up stamina and improving cardiovascular endurance but also provides similar benefits of traditional yoga such as stress release, anxiety, depression etc. It will greatly help the mother to get back to shape.Pelvic floor exercises that will form part of your prenatal yoga practice help your pelvic floor to return to normal quickly after birth. This reduces instances of incontinence associated with weak flaccid pelvic floor muscles which have been stretched during the birth of your child.

Prachi P goradia’s Sattva Yoga’s Power Yoga session focuses on abdomen, hip, thigh, calf, biceps, triceps related practices.This help the body to tone up proportionately. Power Yoga also helps the body to co-ordinate with the mind.
